Singin' like a scorned songbird, Kim Porter has gone on the record with OK! Magazine in a tell all Interview about her relationship with Sean "Diddy" Combs. Did she?! She tweets on Sienna Miller, Jennifer Lopez and cheating allegations against her Bad Boy CEO ex. On Diddy: "I'd been in an on-again, off-again relationship with Mr. Combs for about 10 years, and it came to a point where it was time for me to move on with my life. I had invested a lot of time in that relationship, and it wasn't going where it should have been going. So it was time to [end it]. In a relationship, it's important that the people are on the same page at the same time. And we weren't on the same page."On His Alleged Cheating: "I will never sit here and say that Puffy -- or any man -- is 100 percent faithful. I just don't believe it. Some of you are, but I'm not going to sit here and say that I didn't believe that he cheated on me. I would never say that. I'm aware that he's cheated." And on J.Lo's relationship with Diddy: "It was an embarrassment. I never thought it was real. I knew what was going on with him. Despite what you see in print and when the cameras are flashing, what's going on in someone's heart may be totally different. He was still [in love] with me. I never looked at their relationship [as serious]."When asked if Sienna Miller played a part in her break up, Porter states: "They're just friends. That wasn't the cause." Mel B Married Stephen also cancels appearance on CNN's Larry King Live

Scary Spice, aka Melanie Brown wed her boyfriend Stephen Belafonte in June (Spice Girl Melanie Brown married film producer boyfriend Stephen Belafonte in Las Vegas on 6 June, her spokeswoman has confirmed.), her rep confirmed to Acces Hollywood. It is the bride’s second marriage. Mel previously was married to Jimmy Gulzar a former backup dancer for the Spice Girls. Gulzar is the father of Mel’s oldest daughter, Phoenix Chi.

In related news to Mel B, earlier today, Brown canceled her appearance on CNN’s “Larry King Live” which was set for broadcast this evening. She cited sickness on the part of herself and her baby Angel Iris as the reason for pulling out of the show. Now Melanie responds to Norbit with her attorney, Scary's lawyer Gloria Allred says, "He [Eddie] has not indicated in his statement or to us that he plans to visit the baby." Allred insists that Mel's main concern is for [Eddie] Murphy to "see his child, spend time with her, hold her, love her and bond with his daughter."

A statement released by Norbit's reps claims that he "acknowledges paternity of the child Angel, and has paid child support to Ms. Brown as well as covering the expenses of her pregnancy." and that "Mr. Murphy and Ms. Brown dated very briefly and never made any plans of ANY sort." I think this is a bunch of bull, at least he stepping up though. First he deny paternity but as soon as it is in the public eye, he wants to make it known he has taken care of some responsibilities, I don't get it. He knew it was his eed from the jump. Jumpoffs don't go on family outings and be around the family and shit, it Mel B was just a jump off why was Melanie photographed with the fam on vacation???

Angel mets her older sister, Bella

Singer Melanie Brown, 32, and her daughter Angel Iris, 4 months, met Nicole Murphy, 39, and her daughter Bella Zahra, 5, for lunch at the Ivy earlier today -- allowing the sisters a chance to meet. Nicole divorced Eddie Murphy in 2006, while Melanie is currently planning a child support case against him. Ivy restaurant is located in Beverly Hills, Calif.

"They seemed really friendly toward one another," a source tells People.com. "They had a pretty private meal in the back corner, away from all of us."
Brown, 32, dated Murphy last year following his divorce from Mitchell after 12 years of marriage. The couple have five children together.

During her six-month relationship with Murphy, Brown claims they they discussed marriage and planned to have children together.
However they soon split after Mel B announced her pregnancy and Murphy questioned whether he was the father in a television interview.
Later this year after Angel's birth a DNA test in June confirmed that Murphy is the father of Brown's baby, Angel Iris, who was born in April.

Murphy became engaged to his new girlfriend Tracey Edmonds earlier this week.

Kobe and Vanessa rumored to be heading for DIVORCE!

August 03, 2007. A few months ago MediaTakeOut.com had reported that Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa were facing marital problems. Well it now looks like a divorce is pending immediately. They have spoken with a person thats extremely close to Bryant, they claims that the 28 year old basketball player is ready to put an end to his 6 year marriage to Vanessa. The insider told MediaTakeOut.com, "They've been trying [to make things better] now for more than a year, but it's just not working out ... Kobe's in the process of moving out [of their home] and both are ready to officially end things."

But if you're expecting fireworks in the divorce battle - you might be disappointed. According to our inside source, Kobe and Vanessa will likely settle everything quietly. Our insider explains, "There's very little for [Kobe and Vanessa] to fight over. Since there was no pre-nuptial agreement, Vanessa's entitled to half the marital assets ... Besides, Kobe stands to make a lot more money in the years to come - and that will be all his."During his professional career, Bryant is estimated to have drawn in close to $200M in earnings............

Levert Estate leaves members at war

There is a legal tug-of-war that is under way, accoring to Damian G. Guevara at Cleveland.com over how Gerald Levert's assets should be split.
Levert, the velvet-voiced R&B singer who died in November, left behind at least $2 million worth of assets, including two homes, two Mercedes Benz autos, jewelry, clothing, furniture, securities and bank accounts.
The singer's publishing copyrights and music royalties have yet to be appraised, and will make up a sizable part of Levert's estate, according to court records.
The process of divvying up the local music heroe's estate has resulted in a legal battle between Levert's cousin - the executor of the estate - and two women who had children with Levert.
Levert's will named Anthony Gibson, the singer's cousin and business manager, as executor. He launched proceedings in March to administer the estate.
However, the mothers of two of Levert's children - LeMicah Levert, 17 and Camryn Levert, 8 - say Gibson has left them in the dark throughout the process. They say they want to ensure the children receive their due as the singer's legal next-of-kin.
A third child, Carlysia Levert, 17, is also set to inherit from the estate.
The singer's home address has become a point of contention in the legal wrangling.
Gibson had planned to dole out the estate in Cuyahoga County Probate Court, where, he has argued, the singer lived and spent most of his work and free time. The mothers' lawyers say the process, by law, should take place in Geauga County, where Levert had a home in Newbury Township.
Levert suffered from various ailments and died of an accidental prescription drug overdose in the Newbury Township home.

Mel B files child support petition against Murphy

Melanie Brown filed a Superior Court petition Wednesday that seeks to legally establish Norbit, I mean Eddie Murphy as the father of her 4-month-old daughter. Brown will also seek sole custody and reasonable child support, attorney Gloria Allred said at a press conference.

"I am here today for one reason and one reason only; her name is Angel," Brown said. "Angel is my baby and Eddie's. She will always know that she was planned and wanted by both of us."Allred said in a statement that a DNA test has shown that Murphy is the father but "paternity has not been legally acknowledged." Murphy has shown "shocking and appalling" conduct since the test, the statement said.

Usher and Tameka never got married! All a hoax, trying to fool us.

Mediatakeout proves that L.A. Reid was not even home during the so-called wedding date Usher and Tameka supposedly had set. He was at an event held by Kimora and Russell Simmons.

July 30, 2007. Ever since Saturday, when the wedding of R&B star Usher and his pregnant fiancée Tameka Foster was abruptly canceled, news organizations have been speculating as to the cause. Some news organizations are reporting that the wedding was canceled because of Tameka's excessive demands. Others are claiming that Usher got cold feet. But MediaTakeOut.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned the entire wedding was likely an elaborate hoax!!!. And we've got the evidence to prove it.

You see, on Saturday afternoon there was another event scheduled to take place at the same time as Usher and Tameka's wedding. That event, a fundraiser for a charity called Art For Life, was being held at Russell Simmons' Hampton's estate.

And you'll never guess who agreed to chair the Saturday afternoon event - L.A. Reid. That's right, the same L.A. Reid that was supposed to be hosting Usher and Tameka's wedding at his home that very afternoon.

The invitation for the Art For Life event (see below) was being circulated as late as Saturday morning - and clearly shows L.A. Reid as one of the event's chairpersons.

And MediaTakeOut.com spoke with a person who attended the Art For Life fundraiser on Saturday. That person was puzzled on how L.A. Reid could have been in two places at the same time. The source explained, "When I received the invitation early last week, I was surprised when I read that L.A. Reid would be hosting the event - because it was all over the news that he was supposed to be hosting Usher's wedding." Our insider continued, "At first I thought that it was a misprint, so I called [the event organizer.] But she confirmed to me on Friday that L.A. Reid would be at the event."

And that's not all. MediaTakeOut.com can confirm that L.A. Reid did attend the Art For Life fundraiser - where he acted as one of the event's chairs (see the below photo). Our insider tells, "I got to [the fundraiser] at around 6:15 and [L.A. and Erica] Reid were already there - schmoozing it up with all the other guests ... The only explanation I have for this is that [L.A. Reid] knew all along that Usher wasn't getting married."

Kim Porter has left Diddy!!! Yes, it is some truth to this. She moved out too!

According to my sources (NYPOST.com) Kim Porter has finally had it up to here. She moved out! Can you believe that. 10 years of sticking by Combs, Bad Boy's exec. baby mama and longtime girlfriend, Kim Porter, finally had enough.

Sources inside Combs' camp told NY Post Page Six that Porter moved out of his apartment here and she's not going back.

"Kim is filming on location in Louisiana right now, and when it's done she's moving to L.A.," said the insider.

Porter has already acquired a nice crib out in Beverly Hills for her and her four children - three of whom, Christian, 10, and twins D'Lila and Jessie, 7 months, are Diddy's.

"She is focusing on her career as a model and actress and raising her children," our source said. "They are the best of friends, but they just can't be together right now." You go girl do you!!!!!!
