Remy Ma is expected to be indicted later this week on charges stemming from her attempted-murder arrest earlier this month for allegedly shooting her close friend, Makeda Barnes-Joseph, according to the rapper's attorney, Ivan S. Fisher.
Fisher told MTV News the announcement should be made shortly, after which a date will be set for Remy to formally respond to the accusations.
As it stands, she's currently scheduled to appear in court on August 14, but Fisher believes that date will soon change. "It's not gonna happen [then]," he said.
